Ticket counter Location and Hours

The Denver Air Connection ticket counter is located in the main terminal of the San Luis Valley Regional Airport. The ticket counter opens 90 minutes before flight time and closes 45 minutes before departure time.

When to arrive at the airport and Check in Information 

Please arrive 90 minutes prior to your flight, but no later than 1 hour prior to your departure time. Check-in will close 45 minutes prior to departure time, to allow sufficient time for TSA screening. TSA requires 45 minutes to complete the screening process for checked baggage. Passengers who have not checked in at least 45 minutes prior to departure will be unable to board the flight. Passengers arriving at the 45-minute cutoff may not have enough time to complete the screening process and will be unable to board the flight if the screening process cannot be completed. No refunds will be given for missed flights due to late check-in.

Please note, check baggage is accepted beginning two hours before, but not later than one hour prior to your scheduled departure.
